Adams Street Partners is extending its ASPEN franchise beyond US terrain into Europe’s private wealth mainstream. The launch of ASPEN Lux, a Luxembourg-domiciled evergreen private equity fund, packages long-term PE exposure in a structure designed for private banks and high-net-worth investors: open-ended, globally accessible, and engineered for repeat inflows rather than one-off commitments. It is less about reinventing private equity and more about adapting it: smoothing the entry points, widening the investor piste, and positioning ASPEN as an all season product for wealth platforms.
