This session was hosted by IPEM in partnership with Singulier and examined two central questions facing private equity today, namely how investors should assess whether a target company is genuinely AI ready before acquisition; and how AI can be used to create value, or avoid destroying it, once a deal has been completed. The webinar was moderated by Denise Ko Genovese, LP Community Manager at IPEM.

- The questions that distinguish genuine AI capability from surface-level preparation;
- Examples of companies that appeared AI ready but revealed material gaps on closer examination;
