The structure is simple by private markets standards: Desjardins provides the wrapper and local distribution, while capital is channelled through a dedicated Ardian-managed vehicle to deliver diversified global buyout exposure, drawing on Ardian’s sourcing engine and portfolio construction playbook. The fund expands Desjardins’ alternatives lineup alongside private infrastructure and real estate, and is pitched as institutional-grade PE without the usual operational headaches (minimums and accreditation still apply, naturally).
