Ardian finds new soil – this time in Canada, where Desjardins Global Asset Management has partnered with the global giant to anchor its newly launched DGAM Global Private Equity Fund for accredited investors. The structure is simple by private markets standards: Desjardins provides the wrapper and local distribution, while capital is channelled through a dedicated Ardian-managed vehicle to deliver diversified global buyout exposure, drawing on Ardian’s sourcing engine and portfolio construction playbook. The fund expands Desjardins’ alternatives lineup alongside private infrastructure and real estate, and is pitched as institutional-grade PE without the usual operational headaches (minimums and accreditation still apply, naturally). Ardian has found fertile new ground and Desjardins is ready to dig in.
